These arch supports are definitely soft with a lot of stretch. Once in place, the arch pad doesn’t move, The end of the support sleeve nearer my heel curls a tiny bit, but not enough to be an issue. Overall I’m not sure how effective they are for me. I was getting foot pain occasionally in the upper right side of my right foot. I was recovering from a long medical problem and my doctor said the pain was caused by wearing slippers all the time. (No foot support.) So I’m back to wearing shoes and have added these for extra support. They haven’t caused more pain so I guess they’re in the right place. I have to agree with some others that the instructions for how to fit them does not explain it very well at all. I just shifted them around until they were comfortable; maybe it was that simple after all. I’ll see how it goes with more wear.

These were life changing they are just a little soft spot for your shoes they work great . I wear them all the time all day standing on my feet!

I have had issues with my feet my entire life it seems. Fallen arches is amongst them. So, I decided to give these Hzmemnun arch supports a try. I wore them under heavier winter socks with a very good pair of wide-soled L.L. Bean tennis shoes. Though uncomfortable at first, the more I wore them and walked around doing daily things--I guess I forgot I was wearing them unless I specifically stopped and thought about how they felt. Uncomfortable at first--but nothing too unbearable to the point I had to take them off. I guess they were doing their intended job. The box states they are made of "polymer materials" but give no washing instructions. One size is supposed to fit all (I wear a 7.5 shoe). Made in China.

So, I like the material and it has surprisingly good stretch. I thought it would be uncomfortable on my wide feet, but that hasn't been the case. The arch support is a decent size and density, and offers some good support. I also like that it's a wrap so that I can wear this while barefoot in my house (as I spend most of my time). Others that I've used in the past needed to be inserted/stuck to my shoe. Now a couple of nits. For one, you only get one pair. I think the main picture is slightly misleading showing so many in a single shot. Also, I wish that the material was also over the arch support. The arch support is a silicone type material and has direct contact with my skin. It's going to get a bit sweaty in the summer.

La almohadilla es muy sube la silicona y no hace la suficiente presión en el arco del piey la media que trae de sostenimiento se corre no se queda en el sitio a medida que uno camina pedí dos pero las fui a devolver y hubo un inconveniente al momento de la devolución que solo permitió devolver un par asi que me tocó quedarme con un par. No son recomendables, en mi opinión
