My wife and I are very much novices so something like this was needed to keep our arrows from just sailing off into the woods or grass. It sets up well, even if it just came all wrapped in plastic and no actual box. Once set up, it has decent coverage unless you are REALLY bad with aim. The material is a bit thin and while the arrows never actually fully pierced it, you do start to notice a little bit of give here and there where it hits so the frame will last a while but the fabric itself may not.
