Pretty bad, the draw weight adjustment is not enough to keep the band locked in so as you draw it becomes loose. Also the instructions talk about some laser I assume to assess your steadiness. Instead the product just came with an empty hole where it looks like the laser should go. Neat concept I suppose but definitely don’t buy this one.

I purchased this exercise unit to build up a injured shoulder that had been damaged shooting compound bows with bad form. The bands are great because they let you start slow and gradually build up to more challenging weight. After about 3-4 weeks of several sessions a day, I was able to go back to live practices, this time with better form to avoid injury. highly recommended.
