I have bought two of these over the years to drive the 3/8" staples into pine wood. The forward design allows one to place more force in front to drive the staple in completely. I use them to attach wire, insulation, screens and other various home repairs. I don't use them very often.It seems they work for about two full loads of staples and then start to jam more and more often. The latest one doesn't retract the plunger/hammer unless you bang on it. You would think something with a lifetime warranty would at least work for 5 years or so.

Doesn’t work at all, i mean, at all, doesn’t put staples in fully, jams, staples come out deformed, just absolute garbage!!!

I purchased this from Lowes thinking it would be a reliable stapler (made in the USA). I was incredibly disappointed. Expect to pull every other staple out with a pair of pliers and cause yourself nothing but a headache! Even using Arrow's T50 staples and nothing but trouble. Do not buy!
