Not only were the weight , comfort, grip, and appearance outstanding for the cue stick price, but they reacted immediately to an issue with 2 warp cue tips. They did not have at the time 2 cue tips in stock but instead offer a generous refund which I accepted. That was not the end of their customer service response. 2 months later I get an email from customer service stating they now had 2 cue tips in stock and they sent them to me at no charge!!! Yea sent at no charge. We purchase a-lot of products from Amazon. Customer service response when products have issues is the number one importance for future purchases. They hit a home run and I bet you will have the same experience.

The fit and finish on the pool cues are very nice, however, not a single one is straight. They all have a slight bow to them. With that said, they feel solid in the hand and are much better than the cheap cues that came with pool table. If they were straight, I would certainly buy them again.

These cue sticks are beautiful, solid, straight and all around well built. An amazing set for the price. There was one small issue with mine that Rowdy Sports was highly attentive to and corrected promptly. Go get these cue sticks!

Bought these as a birthday gift for my nephew who just got a table and at first glance they seem like decent cues for the price. After playing with them a bit though, it’s quickly evident that they aren’t very balanced, the tips are very cheap, and the wood itself feels cheap. Unfortunately, by the time I gave the gift to my nephew the return window had closed. I’ll be finding him replacement cues elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did in purchasing this product.

The colors are a little darker in person than the photos but I think they look better than expected. Like the weight and overall good quality. Definitely a great price for what you get and would recommend to a friend.
