CHOOSE YOUR COLOR AND LEVEL
The thickness varies depending on the color of the martial arts rebreakable board:
- Level 1—— Yellow Breaking Board is 0.39 inches. Need 25 KG breaking power; For beginners or child; Easy to break; Yellow Belt
- Level 2—— Blue Breaking Board is 0.47 inches. Need 35 KG breaking power; For beginners; Easy to break; Blue Belt and the advanced
- Level 3—— Red Breaking Board is 0.55 inches. Need 60 KG breaking power; For the trained, adults and Intermediate; Hard to break; Red Belt and the advanced
- Level 4—— Black Breaking Board is 0.79 inches. Need 110 KG breaking power; For the professionals and adults; Hard to break; Black Belt and the advanced

How to Break the Boards with Your Hands ?
- Secure the taekwondo board so that it doesn’t move. To prevent any hand injuries, make your board to stay still before you go to break it. Either, have someone hold the board steadily with 2 hands
- To make sure you’re not too close or too far away, check to see if you have a good distance between you and the karate board.Make sure your hand is aimed at the center of the board.
- Use a palm heel strike for your first board break. When using a palm heel strike, tilt your wrist back so that the heel of your palm is out and hold your fingers up to keep them out of the way.
- Opt for a straight punch to break the board with your knuckles. You’ll need to line up your wrist and use the right knuckles. When creating a fist, your palm should be facing downwards. If you bend your wrist inwards too far or strike using just your outer knuckles, you’ll end up injuring your hand.
( Note: Don't keep your thumb in the middle of your palm. Place it on the outside of your hand to avoid breaking or injuring it.)

Over all this works as intended. However, out of the box, the edges were not smoothed out and can cut your skin. When I was trying to put it back together the board slip and did a small cut on my wrist from the rough edges. I used some sand paper and smoothed out the rough areas. The rough parts are most likely when it came out of the mold when it was made. Once I smoothed out the edges I felt it was safe for the kids. It also made it easier to put back together. To put back together you have to slide the pieces together either from the top or bottom. First align the grooves then slide either up or down depending if you are sliding from the top or from the bottom.

My son has been in martial arts classes for 2 years. When he started private sparring lessons, we gifted him this set of boards as a reward for his hard work because board breaking is his favorite drill. During class, my son can normally break the first two levels pretty easily. When we received these, he struggled to break the first one. They were stronger than expected, and they were hard to put back together. We used them daily for brief practices, and they quickly wore down. Within 1 week, the level one board would not even reassemble, it just fell out of the track. After 3 weeks, the second level board broke into three pieces. Considering the price, I am pretty disappointed that these boards didn't even last a month on a 7-year-old.

My son loves Taekwondo and these boards didn’t disappoint. We have only had them a couple days but the kids have been playing/practicing their board breaks a lot! We have only used the yellow and blue but excited to be able to have thicker boards for when they’re ready. My only complaint with these are that they’re a little difficult to put back together. Even with that though I would still recommend these to family and friends!

Expected the black one to be tougher but it is not Broke on first punch and I am not a professional. One more strange thing is that the black one comes in different plastic packaging and the label is poorly printed on it, unlike the other color boards, which made me doubt the authenticity of the overall thing.
