I ordered 2 of these for 2 of our bedroom doors. Installed the door knob and ended up stuck in the bedroom. Once I was able to get out of the bedroom, and took door knob off, I noticed that when the spindle was inserted through the latch assembly, the spindle would quit turning. The spindle being able to turn is what cause the latch to move into the latch plate, resulting in your door opening. Both of the door knob sets had the same problem. Not sure if its a common thing with this brand or not.

The locking mechanism jammed- using the code, thumbprint, and key didn't work, I couldn't even open it from inside. Seriously dangerous. It worked great for almost a month then one day or just didn't. Terrible product.

This door knob is a little difficult to see the numbers. Cold days the code will not unlock door and I had to use the key.To lift the top to get to the key hole is inconvenient

This is for my son’s pantry to keep his four children from raiding snacks all hours of the day. It worked great. I love it so much I May get one for my home when all the grandkids are over.

Functionality and Convenience: it has 4 ways (App, password, fingerprint and key) of locking and unlock that you cann use on different cases. Fingerprint is most of the case I unlock and lock it, it locks pretty quick and very responsive. Sometimes if fingerprint not works, just clean the sensor there. Also, you can unlock it from the app that through a third party interface Tuya Smart, which mean you can control from Google home with voice that the most of part i like, even though one drawback that the WiFi connection break sometimes, you have to restart wifi. Another useful feature auto lock, it lock itself when you forget.Quality: the digital lock are set made of high strength Zinc alloy and security latch bolt made of Stainless steel. You can feel the texture you of high quality. Every twist to open is very smooth because of the good design. But the paint is easy to scratch.Overall, considering the price is lower than most of wireless lock in the market But having most of feature and stay reliable for months usage, that makes it a good product.

I’ve been really impressed with this smart door knob. The setup was pretty straightforward, and it feels secure to use. The fingerprint sensor works smoothly, and it’s great not having to worry about carrying keys around. I also appreciate the added convenience of using the app to manage access, especially when I need to grant temporary access to guests. The auto-lock feature gives me peace of mind, knowing my door is always secure. Overall, it’s been a solid upgrade to my home, and I’m glad I made the switch.

The lock feels sturdy and looks more like a door knob than the other smart knobs; most important is the inside portion of the knob does not look unfinished comparing to other knobs in the market.I had been shopping around for a good Smart Door Knob and have not come across a perfect smart knob (good looking inside and outside, i.e. looks like a door knob and not too much bigger than regular knob; can open with physical "regular" key that can be easily copied, fingerprint, remotely, code; weather resistant (rain, snow, cold, hot); works with Smart Life app; and reasonably priced), and this the closest I can find in Amazon.Fingerprint works great so far even while outdoor temperature is only 20F. Only downsides are the PIN code only supports 0 to 5, and does not work with Google Home or Alexa so must use via Smart Life app if wanted to lock/unlock remotely (via gateway, otherwise phone must be close to lock), i.e. cannot ask google to unlock.
