I purchased this for the RD50 mainly because of the lens caps. To my surprise it came with basic lens caps already. The cover is cheap rubber and doesn't fit very snug. Also the lens caps won't secure and flap around. I ended up not using it. I'll keep it just in case but it makes the optic look really cheap.

Nice. This unit slips over the AT3 PD-50 and provides attached lens caps, as well as some bump protection. The rear cap nestles and stays inside the front cap to hold them against the body when using the sight. Pretty clever. Added bonus is that it adds slight protection with added projection front and rear to the optics rims . . . and that gets me just flush with the third-party adjustable riser I use for 100% absolute co-witness. Just looks better when things are flush.

Cover fits the body of device fine but the lens caps are too large; do not snuggly fit the body and will not stay closed. Even slight movement of the piece causes them to open. Considering the knobs aren't covered, the only other things to protect with this are the lens. Since it cannot do that this is just useless rubber.

It fits perfect with the Feyachi clone of this model i like the feyachi model more because of the end caps for the windage and elevage doubling as screw drivers. this fits perfect and does the job well.

I bought this as a cover for the Feyachi RDS-22, which as far as I can tell is identical to the AT3 Tactical RD-50. The markings on the cover for windage and elevation also align correctly with the RDS-22, though they’re kind of hard to see (Included in photos).Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, and the cover does what it’s supposed to. I knew going in it wasn’t going to be a perfect solution....The benefit here is the attached lens covers. The “back” lens cover has an extra lip, which allows it to be locked into the front lens cover, helping to keep them pinned off to the side when the covers are opened for shooting. The sleeve itself is a little looser fitting than I anticipated, but it works. And it doesn’t look silly or anything. My guess is they tried to make it fit as broad a range of RDS as they could. When closed, the lens cap covers lock in place okay, and can take a decent amount of jostling and still stay in place. While the sleeve itself would guard against scratches etc. I’m not sure it offers any real protection against drops or other impacts. But for the price, it’s convenient and offers a slight aesthetic improvement.I would give this cover 3/5 stars. It’s an okay product, especially if your expectations are reasonable and you know what you’re getting. But there is nothing here that’s going to knock your socks off.*******************************I rely heavily on reviews when I make purchases so I put some time into reviewing everything I buy on Amazon for personal or business use so I can help other people considering that item. Love the fit. Wanted it to protect my new favorite optical. A must have. Also like the built on lens covers. Better so I don't lose the removable ones the red dot came with

Works well to cover the body but the caps are very floppy and soft. If they were more rigid they would hold onto each other better and snap over the optics with less possibility of touching the optical surfaces. The caps need to be better retained when attached to each other. My personal fix was to use velcro.Pro: Caps are better retained than the original coversCon: Caps are too floppy and can get contamination on the optics (also an issue with the original caps)Caps are too floppy and can disconnect and flop around while shooting
