Disadvantage of the third-party amplifier.
1. You have to look for a place to settle the third-party amp.
If you choose to put the amp at the trunk area, you have to fumble a way from the head unit to near rear speaker place using many long patch cords, which is time-consuming and exhausting. Under-dash area seems to be nearer but the left space is tight after installing the amp, and the amp will suffer dirt and spills in a long run.
2. The wiring problem leads to possible noise.
There may be wiring and earthing problems when you try to put many long wires together to reach the third-party amp, which will cause disturbing noise.
3. The amp power is hampered by long patch cords.
Long wires will increase the resistance, thus causing more amplifier power loss.

The CA-AEC01 measures just 142mm x 103mm x 41mm (L x W x H). The combined depth of the ATOTO head unit and amp is still less than 160mm, thus it will fit in a wide variety of vehicles with a Double DIN dashboard opening. 2. Fast Installation：
Thanks to the efficient power needs of the DMPM technology, the CA-AEC01 does not require a new power supply wire at the battery, so the installation is fast using supplied radio power wires. In addition, the CA-AEC01 uses a 20PIN power harness with a recessed design on one side, so the cable can be easily tucked in for a cleaner and less-bulky installation. For head units of A6 PF and S8 LT with 16 PIN power harness, we also prepare a 16PIN-20PIN wiring harness to help installation.
3. Clean sounds:
With the build-in line out converters in the external amp, you can connect the amp with the head unit directly from the speaker level output, saving you the trouble of buying another line out converters. The original wiring harness we offered is easy to plug in, and avoid problems of feedback and noise due to improper wiring or grounding when installing 3-rd party amps. Besides, it’s a full-range amplifier covering range from 20 Hz to about 20 kHz. No matter your speakers output low, mid or high frequency, the amp can work well together with them.
Mount on head units of UDH07D and WUDH07D installation styles
After mounting on the amplifier, it measures 160mm (6.3 inch) deep for head units like F7G2A7SE, F7G2A7XE and 150mm for head units like A6G2A7PF, A6G2B7PF. The short chassis of ATOTO head units leaves enough space for wiring and other accessories.
Mount on head units of SAH08D/SAH10D installation styles
If you’ve purchased ATOTO SAH08D/SAH10D Single DIN head unit and installed it with a DIN pocket before, it’s a good chance to upgrade your sound system by replacing the DIN pocket with the external amplifier.
The head unit and amp group measures only 150mm (5.9 inch) after installation.
Mount on head units of IAH09D/IAH10D installation styles
After mounting on the amplifier, it measures 155mm (6.1 inch) deep for ATOTO head units with short chassis and big screen like A6G209PF, F7G211SE, F7G211XE.
How to Connect the Car Amplifier to the Head Unit and the Car?
Step 1: Tune the car amplifier and then mount it on the head unit with screws.
Step 2： If power socket on your head unit is 16PIN, choose the 16-20PIN cable, and plug the 16PIN side into the socket. If power socket on your head unit is 20PIN, choose the 20-20PIN cable, and plug one side into the socket.
Step 3: Plug the 20PIN side into the input socket on the amplifier.
Step 4: Connect the power cable from your car to the amplifier's output socket. Choose either the 20PIN output socket or the 16PIN one based on the power cable from your car.

I have one of the F7 model head units in my car, so this was easy to mount and the provided cable made connecting seamless and easy, since there was no need to run extra cables for power and ground. I have yet to determine whether it's this device or the head unit that loses power while driving, so I can't rate it higher at this time. But the speakers certainly seem to have "woken up" compared to using the head unit alone.

So i have purchased a few of the atoto radios/ accessories. I gotta say its funny watching the chinese realize if they make a HALF decent product they make more money LOL. Well i recently i have a 2002 silverado 2500hd diesel. I installed a nice atoto S8 QLED wireless apple carplay headunit and JBL stage3 6.5 door speakers front a rear. The sound system was great .. i mean really good. However…the headunit would overheat if the sound was cranked up. Funny enough, I accidentally stumble upon the fact atotoMakes a plug & play AMP!!! If you know anything about audio, youll know this is a GAME CHANGER. So i bought this amp add on, plugged it in ( it’s literally plug-in playing like a moron could do it. It’s so awesome. You don’t even have to wire anything.) i now have full 50w RMS at all my door speakers. My truck BUMPS on the door speakers alone. Its clear and clean. I later finished the audio system with a low profile powered subwoofer. Now i have a full performance audio system in my old truck. If you buy a atoto head unit i highly recommend buying the add-on amp. You also have 3 gain dials on the AMP itself ( bass, MID, HIGH ) you need to set your head unit to the volume you will most likely be playing music after the most part and set those dials while music is playing to see if you’re happy with where everything is. Just FYI. You don’t really need to know anything about audio but you kind of need to know what you’re doing a little bit just be aware and look up YouTube videos. I don’t understand the other comments saying that the amp didnt make a difference because that’s totally bs . That’s someone that doesn’t know what they’re doing and probably didn’t read the directions at all. Like 99% of the people that leave a bad review. Furthermore atoto has hands DOWN great customer service. They will stay on the phone with you for hours helping diagnosis.

I purchased an Atoto A6P7 to upgrade the Alpine head unit in my 2003 Mercury Marauder show car. I wanted to upgrade to a modern Andoid system with a Digital Sound Processor and wireless CarPlay, the reverse camera was a bonus. While the Atoto A6P7 seamed to good to be true, it powered my factory Alpine speakers to higher volumes than the factory Alpine head unit with a much cleaner sound and offered full control of the factory Alpine powered subwoofer. I soon discovered sn annoying problem, the units built in amp would overheat after 20 minutes or so of high volume use, causing the steering wheel controls to stop working and the head unit to switch from rear view camera to different apps without being able to turn down the volume to cool it off. I accidentally found this plug and play amp that fit in the dash behind the head unit and required no extra soldering. Everything was included in the box it's a simple plug and play with the included harness. I've since purchased another Atoto A6P7 system with this amp for my other Panther Platform vehicle that I daily drive and couldn't be happier.

You won't know what's missing in you car audio till you attach this power pack to your S8.I did have to back off on the bass a little bit. But once I had the low, mid, and high settings tuned, the sound improvement was night and day.

This little amplifier seems to work well. It is my first sound setup and I wanted to keep it simple, this amp being the final addition to the upgrades. Immediately after installation, the sound and volume was absolutely improved - louder, clearer, awesome.I like that it tucks in behind the head unit (Atoto MS S8G2). I imagine that, if it fit, it may also be compatible with non-Atoto head units.I'm running this with JBL component speakers and am using the sub-out signal line for a Rockford P300-12 (which has its own, internal amplifier/power).Once, the amp cut out volume once or twice before powering off completely. However, that was running at full volume under a hot summer sun.Given the amp is inherently going to be positioned behind the head unit/under the dash/getting lots of heat from sun exposure, this seems like the only flaw with such a setup.

I've only tinkered with this amp for about 30 minutes, but so far it has really woken up my speakers and improved the sound quality. I did a before and after test with my F7XE and I saw a 3db improvement with the same song and volume level. As far as sound improvement goes, 5 stars.The three major problems I've found:1. The adjustment knobs and aux. input location makes no sense. Luckily I'm not using the inputs, so I just had to fine tune the sound before actually mounting the unit.2. The mounting brackets for my F7XE seem to be backwards. They are shown in the manual offsetting the amp towards the left, but in reality they offset it to the right, where the wifi antenna is. I had to remove the antenna to make it fit, but so far have not encountered any issues with wifi signal without it.3. This is the big one--there are a bunch of mounting holes on the amp to allow for fitment to several different head units. However, if you need to use the holes directly over what looks like a copper coil or something inside, the mounting screws will hit said coil thing and blow your fuse on the back of the amp. It happened twice before I realized what was going on. The solution is that side only has one mounting screw instead of two for my application.These issues may only apply to my application, but the install hassle was worth it for the price and added sound quality.

bonjourje voulai un radio qui accepte le android auto wifi sans fils et le fxe est tres efficace avec android 11 .j ai essai mon lg think7 android 9 et il la pas accepter.la j utilise mon lg k64 .au niveau du la performance je commence par l intallation tres facile et bien indiquer au filage .le son est de bon qualitee mais pas assez puissant malgrer le 49 watt X4 .avec mes speeker harmen kardon (haute qulite) a 50% du volume l aluminiumde refroidissement a beaucoup chaffé tres rapidement. j ai opté pour un amplificateur Atoto qui est compatible avec le 7xe et d autre trouve sur amazone. le resultat est epatan .tres satisfait de la pissance et qulité avec ses deux ensemble . installation de l amlifiacteur compact tres facile et bien expliquer sur la page d amazone. et pour bien faire j ai ajouter le dongle de controle de radio qui se rattache au volant le ac 44f5. j ai juste branché la fiche jack en arriere du radio et ca fonctionne a merveille .en finale pour etre satisfait achetez le kit complet de atoto .pour environ 400 dollars can ca rivalise les grande marque comme pionieer qu coute plus de 1000 dollars avec le anroid car wifi et 400watt total out put. belle acht esperant maintemant que sa toffe le froid extreme du canada.

Dies ist seit vielen Jahren und vielen Käufen bei Amazon meine erste Bewertung, da es mir das erste Mal so wichtig ist, Andere vor einem Produkt zu warnen. Ich wurde noch nie so sehr von einem Produkt enttäuscht und kann jedem nur raten, stattdessen ein Markengerät zu kaufen (welches nicht mal deutlich teurer sein muss).Da ich 3 ATOTO-Geräte gemeinsam als ein System verwendet habe, bezieht siech diese Bewertung auf alle 3 Geräte: ATOTO A6 PF + Zusatzverstärker CA-AEC01 + DAB+-Set AC-4475.Meine Bewertung:Sound-Qualität über Bluetooth: Extrem verzerrt, unsauber und absolut unhörbar! Klingt vergleichbar mit einer 96kbit/s mp3 aus den Anfangstagen der mp3-Technologie. Da vergeht leider sofort jeder Spaß an der Musik.Sound-Qualität via USB oder internem Speicher: Besser als über BT, aber noch immer sehr schlecht. „Flat“ klingt es sehr unangenehm, vor allem die Höhen sind unnatürlich verzerrt. Es gibt keinerlei Dynamik. Der Equalizer und die so genannten „Soundverbesserungen“ können es den Sound nur verschlimmbessern. Insgesamt klingt es viel(!) schlechter, als das alte VW-Radio „Swing“ (an den gleichen Lautsprechern).DAB-Empfang: Fast nicht vorhanden (ja, der für 69€ zusätzlich gekaufte Empfänger wurde korrekt montiert). Selbst in Gebieten mit nachweislich sehr guter DAB-Abdeckung nur stark gestörter Empfang. Außerhalb der DAB-Hotspots quasi gar kein Empfang.Einfachheit der Montage: Sehr schlecht. Der mitgelieferte Montagerahmen ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Beschreibungen am Gerät und in der Montageanleitung sind sehr unspezifisch und wenig hilfreich.Support: Quasi nicht vorhanden. Website für weitere Infos (geschweige denn für das angeblich verfügbare Montagevideo) oder die benötigte DAB-App ist nicht erreichbar und / oder die Links und QR-Codes aus den Anleitungen funktionieren nicht. Für die DAB-App wird ein 2 Zeilen langer Dropbox-Link(!) in der Anleitung abgedruckt (der ebenfalls nicht funktioniert). Beim Nachforschen nach einer neuen Firmware-Version erscheint sinngemäß der Hinweis: „Nicht installieren, wenn Ihr Radio funktioniert. Das Update kann das System einfrieren lassen“. Alles klar.Bedienbarkeit: Sehr schlecht. Touch-Display funktioniert meist erst beim 3. Versuch, die virtuellen Tasten sind viel zu nah am Rand und viel zu klein. Wenn jemand nur mittelgroße Hände hat, wird das zum Problem. Der Equalizer lässt sich nicht steuern, wie gewünscht (und selbst nach vielen, vielen Versuchen ist der bestmögliche Sound noch immer grottenschlecht). Die Übersetzungen im Menü sind teilweise auf Klamauk-Niveau: Z.B. Der englische Menüpunkt „Storage“ (Speicher) erscheint im deutschen Menü als „Lager“….Der Ärger war entsprechend groß, als sich nach der umfangreichen Montagezeit gezeigt hat, dass die ATOTO-Produkte mein bescheidenes Soundsystem extrem verschlechtert(!) haben. Also wurde der ganze Schrott (so muss ich es leider nennen) wieder ausgebaut und retourniert. Lektion gelernt: Nie wieder ATOTO.Für gerademal 30€ mehr kommt jetzt ein vernünftiges Markengerät rein.Ausgangssituation und meine Erwartungen:Ich habe in meinem 2013-er Skoda Rapid Mittelklasse-Lautsprecher (von EATON) verbaut, kein Subwoofer, keine Endstufe sowie bisher das Standard-Skoda Radio „Swing“. Dieses Setup war um Längen besser, als die Standard-China Lautsprecher die Skoda ab Werk verbaut hat. Ich war zufrieden. Kein High-End und auch keine rollende Disco, aber ein sauberer und für mich ausreichend druckvoller und dynamischer Sound. Einziges Manko: Das Radio „Swing“ ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß (kein Bluetooth, kein DAB, keine Freisprecheinrichtung…). Also habe ich nach einem modernen Radio mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gesucht.Mein großer Fehler war, dass ich mich für das ATOTO A6 PF mit dem Zusatzverstärker CA-AEC01 und dem DAB+-Set AC-4475 entschieden habe (Gesamtpreis dieser 3 Teile 402,95€).
