Works well. The twist lock for the extension is a little tricky. Maybe should have tried a different type of extension lock.

This telescopic boat hook is perfect for when we are docking our pontoon boat. I like that it retracts which makes it easy to store on the boat, I also like how easy it is to extend and retract with a simple twist it locks easily and perfectly. I also used it to hang my wind chimes on their hooks that are too high to reach without using a ladder haha! This is a great buy and would definitely recommend it
