I absolutely LOVE this magnetic whiteboard for number of the day. I've started incorporating it during our daily routine.The only thing I wish was different was the more/less section. I wish it was blank so I could determine how many more/less I wanted to do. I teach a self-contained K-2 classroom, so they are still on smaller numbers. For numbers under 10, we can't really do 10 less as it puts us in the negatives, and they just can't grasp that concept yet.I LOVe all of the different number learning combinations.It's easy to wipe off and laid flat on the board. It came in a tube so I was afraid the corners would be turned up, but it laid flat on the board.Love this!

I wanted to start teaching my kids math manipulatives early on at home so when it's introduced in class they already understand and this has become a fun activity they look forward to. I didn't like that the chart came rolled up because it took a little manipulation and a lot of patience to get it flat for the whiteboard. Overall, its a decent chart and can work for home and classrooms.

Este Chart es super útil para practicar matemáticas con mi hija de 5 años.La calidad es muy buena y el imán es fuerte.Me encantó que puedes borrar fácilmente y así mi hija puede practicar las veces que ella quiera o que necesite sin tener que usar hojas de papel.Incluye 2 plumones, un borrador y 4 imanes extras para sostener las esquinas. Es largo y los espacios son amplios para poder escribir cómodamente.Me gusta que tiene distintos métodos para practicar matemáticas y así ella pueda desarrollar el uso de la lógica y también de manera visual.La verdad lo recomiendo bastante.

I ordered this magnetic number of the day chart for our homeschool classroom. The whole back of the chart is magnetic so it adheres well to a magnetic surface. The front whiteboard has clear print with bright colors and the included dry erase markers write on and wipe off the surface easily. It is a nice large size and can be read from a distance if using in a regular classroom. My only critique is that straight out of the package it doesn't lie flat. The top and bottom are very curved. It comes with 4 magnets to help hold down the corners but the magnets aren't strong enough to hold them in place. I placed my chart on a flat surface and put some books on top to help straighten it. It is already looking much better. In a day or two it should be flat. Just note that you won't be able to use this right away and it will need time to flatten out.

Things you should know before buying this: it comes rolled up, so you won't be able to use it right away (although they did provide magnets, two little dry erase pens with magnetic tops that have erasers and a little non-magnetic eraser) but it's worth the wait to weigh it down. I used a couple of pans and some dishes to make it flat within a few hours. It isn't perfectly flat, as you can see, but it works!I thought this was a unique resource for teaching math. I could see using it progressively more and more with each grade level. So for kindergarten, maybe just the first box. Then adding on more boxes as the school year or years goes on. Since this is just a visual aid, teachers could make it more tangible by using items to count or blocks of ten to make the numbers come to life a little bit more.I homeschool my daughter (pre-school) and she loves it! She's excited to use it with me. I have a whiteboard up in her playroom that I use to teach when we aren't sitting in the kitchen. I don't know how long Amazon will carry this, so if you're able to get it now, I highly recommend it!

I have this on my fridge and my daughter voluntarily uses it every day during our homeschooling. It is well made and easy to use and clean. Comes with 2 dry erase markers. When receiving for the first time please remove from the tube and roll up in reverse and place back in the tube to flatten out enough to be able to have it sit on the fridge or magnetic area well.

Nice chart, but decided I’d rather have a non-magnetic one. I don’t have a place to hang it so it will be returned. I wish that was an option.
