本体とネジ・ナット一組で、ネット検索で出てくる英語取説とかは入ってません。本体にJAPANの刻印は有ります。カートリッジのはめ込みは、受け側の処理が悪いのか最初は奥まで入らず（1㎜弱の隙間）かなり強く押し込んで漸くと言った感じでした（たぶん検品とかしてない）。バルク品を適当な袋に入れている言った感じです。追記Amazonでは、オーディオテクニカ及びLG GEAR(オーディオテクニカ OEM)のT4Pカートリッジの取り扱いが有り、テクニカHPでの掲載はかなり前に終了してますがLG GEAR側にいつまで供給していたのか（未だ継続されてるのか）は分かりません。T4P規格もだいぶ年数が経っているので作りが荒くなった状況でカートリッジセットからアダプタだけを抜いて未使用のまま簡易包装で日本に輸入されてる可能性も有ります。

This adapter will allow your old, possibly high $, P-mount cartridge to fit onto and work with you new turntable's tonearm. The downside is that it is basically impossible to align the cartridge properly using this adapter. It will work, but it is worrying that you cannot get a standard alignment. The Cartridge + Adapter is just too long. Still, if you want to make user of the P-Mount this is the way to go.

...an 1/2 Zoll Tonarmen bietet dieser praktische Adapter gute Installationsmöglichkeiten.Leider passt er nicht zu 100% bei meinem Audio Technica T4P Tonabnehmer. Trotz ganz zurück gestellter Position an den Langlöcher war es nicht möglich, den Tonabnehmer exakt anhand einer separat erworbenen Ortofon Schablone einzustellen. Das ganze System hätte noch etwa 5mm weiter zurück gestellt werden müssen (bezogen auf die Tonarmlänge meines Plattenspielers).Bei einem kürzeren Tonarm wäre es ideal gewesen.Des weiteren passt der vertikate Einbauwinkel nicht, in meinem Fall hätte man es jedoch durch Erhöhung des Tonarmes regulieren können.Man sollte die gesamte Geometrie betrachten und selbst durch ausprobieren testen.

It works as described, but fit is quite tight for the different p-mount cartridges I have (e.g. Audio-Technica, Technics, Sony, Ortofon). This is no fault of the seller. Hopefully, over time removal and insertion of cartridges becomes easier.

Does exactly what it suppose to, high quality with mounting hardware. Only possible improvement would be to make internal nuts so we wouldn`t have to tinker with tiny hardware. Just like AT did with AT 95 series cartridges.That is constructive criticism but I`ve been picky about little things. Still tremendous value to be able to use p-mout cartridges on standard head shell. If only they make one for reverse application life would be much easier. There plenty standard cartridges in 6 gram weight.

I was not thoroughly impressed with this adapter. If all you are adapting is a Audio Technica cartridge then it will most likely work. I had 2 cartridges ( a shure and Goldring), both P mount, and there was not enough top clearance to adapt either of them. I chose to try and adapt only the Goldring and I had to shave a couple of milimeters from the top of the cartridge to make it fit. Since I wasn't using my old p-mount turntable anymore I was willing to take the chance and it worked.

I'm pretty thankful for this adapter. I'm using it with the Audio-Technica AT85EP cartridge, which I find simply amazing, especially for the price. It was also super easy to install.
