Decent product, headset is not the most comfortable and sound quality is fair. Our biggest problem was it didn’t have the range we needed for our sanctuary. During first service it would constantly cut in and out. Batteries were brand new so that wasn’t issue will have to return for different option.

True Story: We had a previous headset that was older and thicker. Our pastor didn't like it that much and never used it but this one is modern and works fine. I'm the director at the sound department and I haven't had any issues. It sounds very well. One thing I'd like others to know is that there is a volume wheel at the back of the receiver. The manual said volume was supposed to be up but ours was technically low-muted. Not a big deal. What can I say, it works as it should for the price it has.

Returned this item after one use. I had tested it when I hooked it up and it worked and sounded great. However I did not take into account that when the pastor wore it under vestments the button on/off switch kept getting turned off. he literally had to turn it back on a dozen times during the service, which was pretty much a disaster and made me look bad. I am purchasing a unit with the traditional slide position on/off switch.

This system works great. I had originally purchased a lesser model of audiotechnica headset microphone system and was disappointed. It kept losing connection with the base. But this model was worth the extra money spent. No problems at all. The range is great.

The System 10 digital wireless system provides great performance for the price. This unit added to our already great small/medium system. Our small community theater just completed a 2-week run of a musical comedy using 5 of these wireless units simultaneously.

The sound quality is better than our other units which was the first thing I noticed. The on/standby switch is a nice feature for quick response. The new ear design seems to be an improvement. It is a good mid range priced unit. It`s not worth it to go cheaper. We already tried that.
