I really like this spring form cheesecake pan. I was hoping for it to fit inside my InstantPot, but the 9 inch was just too big. The 7 inch would work better for that. I love the extras it came with, such as the pre-cut parchment rounds, silicone holder and piping bag with tips. The pan itself is not non-stick, just stainless steel, so the longevity is unknown at this time. But so far, it is working out just fine.

I got this specifically for the stainless steel springform pan but thought the addition of the silicone cake pan would be nice to also use around the springform pan to help prevent leaks. Although it does prevent leaks, the design of those two pieces working together makes the latch of the springform pan poke pretty significantly into the side of the cake pan which I'm afraid will poke a hole in it eventually. I really only plan to use it to prevent leaking in the oven and not for an actual cake pan itself but just keep that in mind if you're wanting it for a separate cake pan as well. Nice to have the piping additions though. Overall I'd still recommend it as the quality of the stainless steel pan seems to be really good and I'm glad to not have to worry about non-stick coatings and rusting metal anymore!

I like the look of the pan and appreciate all the extras included in this set. However, this pan did not pass the leak test. I have never had a spring foam pan, but really wanted one to make sponge cakes. I am not a fan of cheesecakes, so would only try to make one upon request. I watched several videos on the many uses of a spring foam pan and how to use them. I learned how to do the leak test, and again, this pan failed miserably.With that said, I also learned how to make it leak proof by lining the bottom with foil. This actually worked to stop the leaking. Using the silicone holder, without lining the bottom with foil, also did not stop the leaking.Because its an easy fix using the foil trick, I will use this set for making sponge cake, but was disappointed that the pan did not live up to the advertised description.

I am a home baker who bakes something every day. One of the things I really hate is having to prepare the cake pan, cookie sheet, etc. I really appreciate that this product includes pre-cut parchment paper that makes this dreaded step much easier. My first project with this pan was a New York style cheesecake. This pan was the perfect size for my project. Attaching the sides to the bottom of the pan was pretty standard. I'm always concerned that I won't get the two pieces attached appropriately and the pan will leak. I didn't have an issue with this pan. The two pieces attached smoothing and there was no leakage. I appreciate non-stick pans when baking, but I don't like that they eventually peal. This pan doesn't stick, and it doesn't have a coating that will flake and peel. It appears to be a good quality pan that will work well for many years.Along with the pan, you receive cake decorating tools. My second project with this pan was a chocolate cake. I used the decorating tips and bags to decorate a birthday cake for my daughter's fiancé. Everyone thought it was pretty neat and tasted good. The decorating bags can be reused, but I just threw them away when I was done.

I am new to the world of baking cheesecake and didn't want to mess with foil wrapping to protect from water seepage. I found this and was attracted by the simple design, ease of cleaning and bonus bag, tips and paper liners creating a great value.I've seen issues with the silicone being too close in size to the pan that the springform clip tears it, but no worries on this one - there is enough gap to easily get the pan in and out but not so much it's overly loose. The handles are large enough to be useful.The clip is tight and forms a good seal on the base. The metal is not thin and feels like a quality set.I will be baking it in the first time this weekend and will update this review if warranted after.

I haven’t had a springform pan in years, because I hated having to wrap the bottom of it in foil to *try* to prevent leakage.What drew me to this kit is the silicone outer container which does what wrapping the pan in foil would do, but much better and without the waste of discarded foil or crinkled sheets taking up drawer space waiting to be re-used for the same purpose. It is perfectly sized to the pan and has a textured ripple pattern on the bottom to prevent slippage. This is also true of the handles which makes it more secure to grip should they be wet from being submerged in a water bath.The cake decorating tips, coupler and silicone icing bag are sufficient for small tasks and while certainly not professional grade, realistically how many home cooks need that level of quality, and these will get the job done for most of us. The stainless-steel pan is what I had expected quality wise, and I appreciate the inclusion of the parchment paper rounds.I like this kit very much and will get a lot of use out of it. The price is only about a dollar more than similar other products which do not include the decorating tools, so this is in my opinion a pretty good value.

I got this because my old spring form had a rusted latch and kept getting stuck shut. This is a pretty standard spring form, but get it for the extras! You can bake in the silicone extra, or use it as a sleeve to catch any leaks, effectively doubling the number of cake pans you just got. The silicone piping bag is also great. And having extra piping tips never hurts. My favorite extra is that tiny little silicone ring. That's a piping bag tie. I never even knew such a thing existed. Use that little dude to tie off the top of your icing bag so you don't have to keep twisting and folding to make sure you don't explode as you're working. Great value for the money and thoughtful bonus items make this a win-win
