The Aurifil thread that I bought on Amazon is not the same quality as the Aurifl thread that I buy at quilt shops. The thread that I bought on Amazon kept breaking while sewing, it produced much more lint, it sags while unspooling, rather than being taut and it feels rough when you run it through your fingers. It is even wound differently on the spool. Seems to be third-rate goods.
