This product was self contained (except for the printer). The instructions were straightforward, and the tests were accurate.

This is a rugged, full-featured shop-quality battery tester with a variety of different testing modes. There are options that will test the battery system, starter, alternator, and pretty much any system that includes the battery. There is a connector to hook up a USB thumb drive if you want to save your results for later inspection (and the unit will save the test data if you are using it several times in one session.)The basic functions are easy to figure out, and there are a ton of features documented in the manual that I will test out soon.

This is a solid handheld tester, it provides fast and accurate true load test the diagnostic are definitely reliable and the screen is backlit for easy reading of the results. It is user friendly and can be up and running with a minute or so....it has a USB to easily transfer data to a spreadsheet format if that's what you need also can be sent to your wireless printer. The price currently ($800) seems fair-all said this a good deal!
