Careful tight fit push thru diagonal thru A button hole and ignition connect blue cable is short ..may need use needle nose pliersto grip when falls inside removing grey/black connect with button removal.Reinstall grey/black connect with button make sure full secure also tight fit all in...first test it works before reinstall eliminator cable and temp gauge . No need to remove seat heat gauge and shifter and cover. Give it 30 seconds or more...on restart engine it's finicky to recognize eliminator. It also has one year warranty. It goods so far for my new 2024 rav4 xle awd ...no need to disable auto start. It may not be reliable if you restart engine constant...give 30 seconds. Great product on sale!!

When I first started my car after installing this, it didn't work, the "A off" light was not on. However, the next morning upon starting my car it was working, the "A off" light was on. It's worked well ever since.As for installation, it was a pain, there wasn't any instructions. I have a 2021 RAV4 and to install it wasn't the easiest. You have to remove the shift knob, shift knob cover panel, the panel under the stop start button, the weather control buttons and the silver lining panel.We learned this from a YouTube video. So in summary, this works but keep in mind there will be no instructions and if you're going to do it yourself, take your time. Look up a YouTube video and don't bring anything lol

I ordered this to bypass the annoying stop assist feature on my 2022 Toyota Rav4. This is the feature that you have to turn off every single time you start the vehicle, or the engine will stop every time you come to a complete stop, which causes extra wear and tear on both the battery and alternator. I'm hoping this unit bypasses it successfully and will revise my review accordingly.
