I think for the price, these are great. However, it is a bit more difficult that I was hoping to dial in the right PSI. Regardless, they are way better than what I used to do which is let out some air, measure, let out some air, measure. This gets me to + or - 5 psi which is quite good.

These really didn't work for us, unless we were doing something wrong. I will start off by saying, we've been wheeling for some time and have used several different methods of airing down tires, so we aren't new to it. I love that you can set the PSI visually, that's what drew me to them, but it didn't seem to work right. I assumed you would be able to put the tire deflator on and it would automatically start deflating the tire and stop when it got the PSI you set it at. However, the only way we could get them to deflate was by pulling on the end piece manually to let air out of the tire. If this is how they are supposed to work, they did not. We set the pressure at 25 PSI, and after the tires got visually very low without stopping, we checked the pressure and found it went well past that with no sign of them stopping. I'm hoping another reviewer may have a tip to making these work correctly, or maybe they just aren't that great.

These are alright. They seem accurate when I check with my higher quality tire gauge. Only to about 2 psi though because those there are only marks in the 5 psi increments. They are convenient, screw on, start bleeding, then forget. If you have larger tires, it takes a while. These will go in my Jeep tire kit as a backup.

Great deflators set it and come back in your tire will be exactly where it needs to be. Good quality

They’re ok but could be a bit better. I think being able to go down to 5psi would be more useful to some that would be into this kind of product. 10psi is the lowest setting and to get to that, maybe you have a half of a turn of thread engagement at best. If you’ve used the fancy speed bleeders before, these will feel incredibly slow in comparison. Modifying or replacing the spring might make them bleed down to a lower psi while having more thread engagement overall. The case is fine if it’s going into a plush glovebox. If it’s going to be thrown in a gear bag or box, it will probably not live very long. A more off-road environment friendly case would be a nice improvement. These are decent and work well within their limitations.

What sets these apart from the other available tire deflators on the market is that they have scales etched on them to set them about in the right range. Since all this is doing is setting a preload spring and the whole assembly is pretty small it's not going to be super accurate but it's good enough. You can see how I set them in the pictures, and with them set to what I would call 15psi I got 19.9psi (this is on a tire inflator, but the gauge on this one matches 2 other fairly accurate gauges so I trust it, it's also a fairly good way of deflating tires if you need it, don't hook it up to the air hose and hit the trigger and it dumps air as fast as the Schrader valve will let you). OK, 4.9psi off, but they are repeatable (I got 20 the next time I used them set the same) and I would rather they be off high than low. I tend to use 25psi F and 15psi R in low traction situations, but this is also on a very heavy Cummins Dodge.

I really like these deflate valves, they are perfect for our Jeep Rubicon and the nice case fits perfectly in the glove box. I also love how they are very easily adjusted to deflate to whatever PSI you desire to fit the needs of your specific trail and its very easy to see what PSI you are adjusting the valve to. Definitely a must have item for anyone who likes to take their 4x4 off road but are tired of getting beat up from a hard ride, take those tires down to 20 PSI or lower and make the trail more comfortable !!
