Product functions well so far, as it is a first day of using it, however it's not turning on or going online, despite having batteries inside. Which is a big con for me if there's a power outage. Unless I'm misunderstanding something, i need help with this.

I love the app. The products works great. Small flaw for me is the portion control. I like the size of portion #1, but sides (2 cat feeder) not equal. However, I would still recommend this product. App is easy to use, camera works great. Customer service answers emailed questions rapidly too, a nice perk.

All around works great, easy to use, easy to clean, however the orange lid does start to feel pretty unsightly... and there is one feature I wish it had that I didn't realize it wouldn't. I wish it had an indicator regarding the amount of food in the reserve being low.

One main selling factor for me was that I could adjust the camera angle. It took me a while to figure it out, but the angle only adjusts to pointing downish or very down. I was hoping for a straight ahead angle to see more room and cat activity. Other than that, it is sturdy, works well, looks nice, and has great features. My cat just tried to break into it and couldn’t. The app works great too.
