This Lightning to USB-C adapter is very convenient for converting my old iPhone charging cables to a USB-C charging cable. The build quality is impressive, with a durable aluminum alloy finish and a compact and user-friendly design.

As much as I wish apple still supported the lightning cord, unfortunately the masses decided that usb C is somehow the new preferred device plug, you know, without asking the rest of us.But if you must use something USB c now’s your chance to do so without upgrading your phone (still on my XS and happy with it). Works basically exactly as you’d expect it to.

Disappointed.The description was not clear that "lightening" means Apple product related and so this will not work with my android phone.I guess it would work fine if I had an Apple phone.Wish I could return it

I love my Apple Lightning earphones. However, since my phone now requires a USB-C connection, I could no longer use them. I ordered these adapters to resolve the issue, and they perform exceptionally well. The sound quality remains unchanged, and the price is reasonable at seven dollars for two. Although I have only used them for listening to music and not for charging, I cannot get through the day without them. It is a five-star find.

I recently ordered a wireless microphone which came with a lightning connector for my iPhone 12. This adapter enables me to use this microphone on my PC laptop, via the USB-C port. While the adapter can be plugged directly into the PC USB port, the microphone receiver blocks access to nearby ports, so it is best connected via a USB extension cable. The adapter works fine for this purpose.

When Apple dropped their proprietary Lightning connector and switched to USB-C, lots of previous accessories I owned could no longer be used. I previously purchased a number of quality wireless microphones and flash drives with Lightning connectors and wondered if I'd still be able to use them.Although these adapters convert Lightning to USB-C, the company doesn't guarantee that all devices will still work. Headphones will work still fine but what about microphones and flash drives? What I found was that some of my devices worked with these adapters but not others.My Lexar 64GB flash drive directly connected was not recognized but a MicroSD card inserted into a USB-C docking hub was! The adapters also worked with all my wireless microphones as well.Bottom Line: I recommend this two-pack of adapters. It may be a little hit and miss as to whether Lightning connector flash drives will work as some devices connect while others don't but it's not the fault of the adapter as Apple products tend to be finicky. Also, expect an extra 7/8" length to be added to devices. For the price, I think they are a good value.
