I could have purchased an Avaya Euro 18d for a considerably lower price. I did not want the Euro 18dI was ordering an Avaya Partner 18D as was described and as was pictured.The seller substituted a product that I did not want. I find that highly irritating and I would not recommend a seller that pulls that kind of nonsense

The phone works fine, but I was a little put out that the seller made no attempt to clean it prior to shipping. Nothing like a bunch of ear gunk and funk to greet you. Guess that what I get for buying "used" as opposed to "refurbished"! Otherwise ok.

The phone works just fine and it came in a hurry. My only complaint is that I ordered an Avaya phone and I got a Lucent phone. The two phones are almost identical but the one I got does not match the picture of the one I ordered.
