I love the fact that I supply the treat, which in my case is always peanut butter, and the action of my dogs licking the peanut butter off them, calms them right down. It’s a favoured dog treat in my house and peanut butter is plentiful and cheap when used this way. I own three of these mats. They are very well-made, easy to use, and I would certainly buy them again if I needed to, but I doubt I will need to.

I have a maniac of a puppy who has decided to chew/destroy every licky mat she is given. I tried all different kinds made of different materials and she shredded them all. But it really helps soothe her separation anxiety in the morning, so I wanted to be able to let her have one safely. I tried this and it worked so well I bought 2 more. She has yet to destroy one after a month or so, I put it on the side of her pen (very tightly attached) and she hasn’t destroyed any. Also, learn from my mistake and DO NOT FREEZE with the BACK ATTACHED . It will be very difficult to unscrew. I usually wash in dishwasher or sink, let dry, take the back off and put the treat onto it , then parchment paper between them and into the freezer. Works great for her.

I spread peanut butter or yogurt on it and just screw it onto the wire frame if the crate. It keeps my pup busy and happy for quite a while.

My dog loves this. It is a great way to keep her entertained when she hast to go in her crate. It feels sturdy and it attaches securely to the crate.

Was perfect for puppy's first picking toy. Frozen Greek yogurt and a little mashed banana. Worked on play pen and crate.

Love the flat design so my dog couldn't chew it off. I intended to use it to crate train but my dog still hated his crate. But I could still use it for sensory time. Durable and easy to clean. Didn't go as I hoped but the product was great

The package arrived undamaged and in great condition. I don't use it to suction onto a crate as I actually use the slow feeder for one of my cats. Wet food spreads easily and kibble just gets poured on top and pushed down, the wet food holds the kibble in. I can't say how it'd do suspended in a crate. It's pretty easy to clean. Everything comes right off in the dishwasher, sometimes a couple spots linger. It's hard to hand wash so unless you want to buy multiple or have enough dishes to run a load in the dishwasher everyday, it can be a bit of a pain to use on a daily basis. Also, my cat through eating has managed to begin to peel away some of the silicone rim around the center of the dish. The rest of the spikes seem much more durable, but I think dogs with stronger jaws might be able to break through some of the rubber. However, I'm sure for crates it would be more tough to bite through.
