Doesn't come with the eyelets but generally works with an AR45P axle 3-link setup. With the bend on the rod and 2 different rod ends, these allowed for different configuration or orientation to make your setup as tight as possible. These are important features because of where the panhard in installed--very tricky if you've built 10th scale rigs. With a straight panhard bar, it sometimes can possibly hit the 3rd link, the offset diff pumpkin, or the servo arm if running a CMS setup, or hit all 3! This link is also shorter than the straight version for the AR45 straight axle. This worked out for me, will recommend
