I used this with my lanyard for a task requiring this type of lanyard. I had almost no trouble with it. I think a tiny stone got inside the attaching hook and I struggled for 20 minutes before a friend muscled it open. That was probably the fault of my task- not the lanyard because it's been fine since.Good purchase!

This landard is easy to use and very safe with the dual sided triggers for gate opening. Also very simple to adjust from shortest to longest length.

Yes I've already gotten to use it on the telephone pole and works great it's a lightweight it's way cheaper than a leather or nylon safety and it does the same job I like it I recommend it to any lineman out there don't really have nothing bad to say about it
