It's a *start* on a take-a-ticket style display, but not a turnkey solution.Yes, it comes with three buttons. They're hanging out dangling off the end of a wire—not in a switch box or anything, just loose switches (with the solder joints at least covered with heat-shrink tube). If left as-is, the buttons will be difficult to press and you'll eventually break the thin wires. Realistically, you're going to have to devise some sort of enclosure or mount for these buttons.Yes, it comes with a remote. What it doesn't come with is a BATTERY for the remote. It needs a CR2025 battery, which is relatively easy to find, but not so common that you're likely to have one on hand. (If they'd used a CR2032, *that's* common enough that some folks might have them on hand.) This is a very odd oversight; I can't remember ever buying a product with a creditcard-style remote that didn't come with a coin cell installed.Yes, it comes with a power adapter. It's got a six-foot cord. That may be a bit short for a lot of potential customers. It comes with two sliding clips that allow you to mount it from the ceiling. To hang it on a wall, you'll need to partially disassemble it: remove the two wood screws that attach the plastic end cap (the one without the attached wire) to the aluminum body. (Yes, wood screws, not machine screws.) You can then remove the clips from the top channel and move them to the rear channel, and then reassemble the unit. This isn't documented in the instructions, which are extremely brief. The product is totally devoid of safety certifications. The wall adapter lacks Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory listing or certification, such as UL or ETL. Since OSHA regulations require electrical equipment to be NRTL listed, this product probably isn't legal for use in most commercial or industrial environments in the U.S., where OSHA regulations apply. There's also no warranty, nor any indication of the product's manufacturer, or model number, or any other identifying marks. There's not even labeling to remind you what voltage of power adapter is required. But it does work.

Out of TWELVE tops who...."donated"....that day, only ONE of them actually found the button. I said, "Push the red button. That one. The one that's RIGHT THERE ON THE F'ING DESK!! OMG fine I'll push it for you!"

The perfect counter for our business! After figuring out how to add a specific number on the display, and then decrease or edit to change the number, this counter has been great! We access everything easily from the remote control.
