I too have experienced the problem with the board "freezing up" and needing to manually cycle the furnace power so the furnace will turn on. I just reached out to the vendor to seek a fix or replacement. This is unacceptable reliability.

Well it maybe my luck but it would work for a few hours then you would have to turn power off to reset it then you would get a few more hours.

Janitrol furnace, had intermitte problem no voltage to the gas valve. Replaced board withmain power off to furnace of course. Turned back on still was doing the same thing.Until I turned main power off then on again . Had to have reset everything.Works great! furnace has fired up a least 30 times after I insalled it the other day.very happy so far.

Package well, worked great however it turnout not to be my problem. Problem was a bad gas valve which is very uncommon. So I now have a spare board.However a do appreciate a 30 year old furnace is still supported.
