Received the pillow and it was vacuumed sealed. The pillow did not plush out to a 15 degree angle it stayed flat. But it does look like the picture. Maybe try different packaging methods.

Baby slept all night !! The night prior he was up all night crying and he was about to do the same thing until we got our pillow delivered and it worked wonders !!!!
