I should've bought this earlier. It makes changing babies in the car so convenient and comfortable for them! It keeps them leveled so they're not sliding off here and there. I just totally appreciate having this in the car and its portability. Kinda pricey though.

The best addition to my baby stuff. I am completely organized for my baby on the go. Great buy.

I purchased this for a cross-country trip (moving) to make changing easier in the car. It did that, but there were a few issues. I’ll break down what I loved about the Beanko and what could be improved.Pros:Lightweight: even fully stocked, the Beanko is easy to carry and won’t take up a great deal of space or break your back! I have other diaper bags that are ridiculously heavy. This is by far my favorite diaper “bag” for the weight.Storage: I love that this is flat enough to keep anywhere. It can slide between furniture or be laid flat in the car. We kept ours on the back of the passenger seat and just flipped it around to change.Accessibility: Once open, everything is right there and easy to see and grab. There is no rifling around an over-full bag to locate what you need.Materials: The changing surface is a thick cushion which means baby can’t feel anything underneath. It’s also easy to wipe clean, which is a plus even when it isn’t the year of COVID-19.Comfort: My baby is fussy during diaper changes and this didn’t alleviate this even though it’s very thick and cushy. My baby hates cold surfaces, and changing on a wipeable surface means it’s often cold. We have a cloth cover on our diaper changing station at home and baby likes that, but I prefer this easy clean surface on the road anyway.Distraction: the toy attachment is nice but doesn’t distract my baby for that long. I do like that it holds the toy in place though, so I don’t have to worry about it falling on the floor or out of the car.Cons:Bumper: The bumper feature didn’t work properly in our car. It helped, but it didn’t flatten the surface completely so baby still slid back towards the back of the seat. It’s a nice feature, and it may work on some cars, but our seats are simply too sloped.Materials: The materials are both a pro and a con. The mesh pockets are already frayed after a week of use and the seam is pulling away from the mesh at the top of the pocket. This may be a single item issue or a quality control issue. I, being handy, can easily replace or modify it with glue or needle and thread, but this item is pricey and I don’t think I should have to after one week of moderate use.Materials II: the magnet snaps don’t always hold well so the flaps open sometimes while carrying or just because. I wouldn’t want any other kind of snap, just stronger magnets. It’s a really great feature, they just fail occasionally.Straps: the only way to carry this is the short and narrow strap at the top that hooks around the headrest. Backpack straps or at the least, a slightly longer padded strap would be nice for carrying. I understand why they didn’t do this (weight issues) but it’s not easy to carry this long distances and so it’s really only suitable for car changes and short trips.Overall, I’m thrilled I purchased the Beanko and would get it again. From a design perspective, it’s a great piece of baby equipment. You do need another bag for holding refills and the like, but this made changing during a long car ride nearly hassle free and if you can swing the steep price tag, it’s definitely worth the purchase. I knocked one star off purely because I don’t think the mesh should be separating on such a new item.

We had our first diaper changing in the car experience and it was horrible. Imagine holding your rolling baby down with one hand and then finding the wipes and diaper with the other. Baby kept crying from rolling and I felt so disorganized with searching through the diaper bag for my items. I can’t tell you how overwhelming that experience was! A friend of ours told us about this and now I REFUSE to travel without it. The cushion stopped our baby from rolling in the seats and the wipes and diapers were just right there! I am a freak for organization and this changing station has seriously changed our lives. No more dreading to find a clean/sanitary place to change our kids. Feeding and changing is now happily done in the car. This Beanko is a LIFE SAVER. My family now has two brand new newborns and we definitely stocked up! One for each of our cars and then one for the grandparents/aunts/uncles when they take the baby out for outings. Definitely takes a load off...and I’m not just referencing the diaper changing but the stress off our shoulders LOL! I highly recommend this to anyone!!

Seriously, I couldn't live without the Beanko. I personally have always been grossed out of public restrooms. Unless you're at the Ritz Carlton, they are always dirty and not well maintained. I'm a first time mom and I was not looking forward to laying my little girl on those nasty public changing tables. Beanko is a life saver. High quality, great storage and always clean! I loved it so much I bought a second one for my husbands car. Pockets are large so you can fit a lot. The product quality is top notch, definitely at a different level of quality than regular car organizers. Worth every penny! My daughter loves it and toy attachment is so handy. I use it like Beanko suggests and because it has a padding under it, the changing table lays completely flat! My husband attached his changing table to the back of this front passenger seat and has a sturdy storage box for blankets, diapers etc under it. The changing table lays partially on box and partially on back seat and it worked great too. Also, the pattern of changing table is not colorful or ugly, very muted and classy and compliments our cars. Customer service was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend it.

This has saved my buns on multiple occasions and I’ve only had it for two months. We use this in my husband’s Chevy Traverse and my Honda CRV, it fits on any seat in either car no problem. Knowing that, when we stop, I don’t have to search for a bathroom to change my baby is so great. I just change her right there in the car! It’s comfortable for her and I know that if I accidentally forget the diaper bag, we’re covered! Now I almost feel like I use the diaper bag to refill my beako with wipes or diapers, and less as a carrier for diapers themselves. A recent diaper blowout in a store was no big deal once we got out to the Beanko in the car.The pockets fit everything I need, diapers and a big pack of wipes. I was worried my wipes would dry up but found the target wipes I use stay wet even on the hottest summer days.I’ve been recently plotting how I might take this on vacation with us. It’d be great if they made a travel version that fit in a suitcase for rental cars!This has been invaluable to me and allows me to forgo all public restroom changing tables while we’re out. Thank you for making this product!It is a little pricey but for my germaphobe husband and I, it had been worth it. I was hesistant at first but it’s been so so useful that I would recommend it wholeheartedly to the family on the go!
