I bought this for my daughter to use with her back pack at school as there are a lot of stairs. While it didn't work well for the backpack we had (it had a wide, hard base), I do think it would work great for someone who needs to cart around a standard backpack. The wheels worked great going up and down the stairs and seem really durable.

A selling point for me were the “wings” meant to hold the bag with the backpack straps. It meant that using the trolley could be faster/easier without needing extra things and also that the backpack was less likely to slump over towards the back when the trolley was tipped. The wings are too short for the distance between straps. So now I will beed bungee cords to keep the bag on the trolley.

Got this for my 6 year old daughter, who's school backpack seemed heavier than her own body weight. Works really well, was easy for her to handle with practice. Gets a lot of rough use being dragged around by a 6 year old, but the quality is great to withstand the rugged use, atleast so far. Other parents were impressed with it's sturdiness, as regular trolley bags for kids don't last very long. She has a Bluey backpack which looks super cute on the trolley. Getting a new backpack for the next school term, we can easily reuse the trolley and switch backpacks.

Very difficult to maneuver with other people nearby, tripping hazard and hats to get upstairs, good to help elevate back pain though.

For my work, I have to carry lots of supplies, which can get very heavy. This trolley saved my back from needless strain. I love the wheels that function on all types of terrain.
