We love our gazebo! Followed step by step instructions and it went together well. Definitely needs to assembled with 2-3 people and if you have someone who knows or does carpentry work with you, have them assist. We still need to seal it to help maintain the quality of it. Includes material needed to bolt to concrete.

The Backyard Discovery 16-ft x 12-ft Barrington Brown Wood Rectangle Semi-permanent Gazebo with Steel Roof offers a solid option for those seeking to enhance their outdoor space. Delivered on time and well-packaged, the product showed no signs of damage, indicating careful handling during transit.In terms of quality, the gazebo impresses with its sturdy construction and attractive design. However, there were a few minor issues encountered during assembly. Some of the longer boards had noticeable bows, and the instructions could have been clearer, particularly regarding measurements for the roof panels. Additionally, several pre-drilled holes didn't line up correctly, necessitating extra drilling and adjustments.The assembly process proved time-consuming, taking around 16 hours with four individuals, including two experienced in construction and one teenager. Notably, the task of placing the long roof section required four people, which may catch some users off guard.Removing the blue protection film from the edge trim pieces proved to be a tedious task. However, despite these challenges, the end result is satisfying. The gazebo exudes a sense of quality and adds charm to any backyard space.While frustrations may arise, especially for those without prior construction experience, the overall look and durability of the gazebo make it a worthwhile investment. We ordered this at a good price,after getting an estimate to build one . I’m so glad we ordered and built this ourselves. Great app with simple instructions. Kit complete - no missing parts!! Very good quality and sturdiness ! We Love Love our new outdoor space . Don’t hesitate , order one !

I am impressed by the quality and look of this Ramada. It has exceeded my expectations. I must make you aware that the build project took 3 of us about 22hrs. You definitely need 3 people to install the roof panels. I would suggest like others to take the time to organize the lumber and hardware properly before you start, and having a solid concrete foundation for each post, is essential.The product was excellent, but I can’t say much for Amazon with the orchestration of the delivery. I hand picked the date of delivery as I had 2 workers lined up the next day for helping me with the install. The delivery finally occurred 2 days later, which was a problem as my workers were at a loss of work waiting for the delivery. Amazon switched me to 9 different representatives during the chat communication and then I contacted them by telephone and was switched out to 2 other representatives. I was promised an earlier delivery date which did not occur. I took 2 days 1655 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Ste. 900 West Palm Beach Florida 33491 from work, waiting for this delivery, as someone must be present for the delivery. I ultimately had to call the carrier to explain my frustration. The carrier had absolutely no notes from Amazon on my delivery issue. Very POOR CUSTOMER service on the part of Amazon.Don’t count on the delivery date. Also the time window for delivery was from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.Amazon should get their business in order and develop a shorter time window on large deliveries, as they obviously have the logistics to do so given the size of this operation

This gazebo is a nice unit. I was very impressed that the dozens of pre drilled holes were spot on for the most part. All the hardware is incredibly strong and a generous amount of extra pieces are included. Installation was involved- not necessarily difficult, but I would not recommend a novice do-it-yourself guy to attempt it. It comes in 6 big boxes and has literally thousands of pieces of hardware. I strongly recommend taking an hour or two and sorting the hardware and wood pieces. One minor gripe - the wood is dark stain and has part numbers stamped in black ink. For me it was a little difficult to see.As with most carpentry projects, it’s imperative that the basic frame and posts are plumb and level. I’m in the construction trades and along with a friend who is an accomplished wood worker, it took us 13 hours to complete the bulk of the assembly. I spent about another 10 hours alone, assembling the basic frame and roof sections and adding the finish trim. Three people are needed to lift and mount the roof panels to the structure. The result is a very sturdy and attractive gazebo. The electric panel that’s included is genius.
