I like the idea here for keeping food cold - I could have crafted something with a deep pan, some other pans, etc. and looked real hokey, or use these.I prefer this setup as it does have a nice clean look to it.The only dig's I'll make on it is the quality of the included forks and tongs (cheap stamped stainless steel - at least it's stainless and I did run through DW to see how they handled it) - they just feel cheap. You don't have to use them of course. And the biggest is that it takes a lot of ice to fill the bottoms - I'd say my ice maker can fill 2-3 of them and then I'm out of ice. Crushed ice is better too. Maybe use ice/water combo on second thought.Overall good, not excellent, but real good set.
