This product is defective. Cannot return it. It will not provide power to the control board. Swapped new main board from anther company, and it works flawlessly. I will never purchase from here again. No responses at all.

Circulation pump outlet never worked so i ended up pluging my pump into the radio outlet and that worked. online assistance was very good but he could not solve the problem. Once bought you are responsible for all costs to return and then they will see if it is defective. Im just glad that i managed to make it work as it was getting below freezing and i couldnt wait to ship and then wait for their determination as to if it was defective.
