I’ve ordered four of these, and all have cracked after a few months.I like the functionality, but the durability makes me want to go elsewhere.
Snuck a few of these in.

I am looking to make my own carbonating machine and this is exactly what I was looking for. I was concerned about quality in some of the other product and don’t know much about this domain but seems like a great quality item.Highly suggest if this is what you’re trying to do

Purchased this for force carbonating after ruining a regulator. You have to push about 10 psi to get it to work, and it does make some noise, but it works for me.

The check valve included in the ball lock fitting seems to be inconsistent in line pressure to open the check valve. Pressure to open the check valve is between 10-15psi. At 15psi the beer becomes over carbonated.

Depending on the variety of beer, I normally carbonate at 0.7 BAR or 11 PSI. At this pressure, sometimes this valve let pass through the CO2, sometimes doesn't.It's so annoying! Definitely, I didn't use it.

I installed these valves in my kegerator. Unfortunately I didn't realize they weren't working until the return window passed. Don't waste your money on these. The concept sounds good, but under normal serving pressure no gas passes through the valve. Pressing the pin with a screwdriver did open the valve, but the poppet on the keg wouldn't open it.

Like all ball lock valves you lube the inside bearings using your finger and food-grade lube, retract the cap like you would do when putting it on a keg, hold in the retracted position and pack the circumference with lube and it will lock on the keg tight and remove easily.
