I ordered this bamboo tea set as a gift for someone who enjoys drinking tea in the traditional Chinese style. They were very happy to receive it. Comes with 2 tea cups and a teapot in a beautiful bamboo storage box. Makes an art of drinking tea with its calming affect.

I like this try, its good for small sets or for pouring one cup of tea. The wood feels nice and is appealing to look at.The thing I don't like is the company logo is printed rather large and distracts from the tray, especially since its upside down from how I would place it by default for the star pattern.

Good quality. The color is not as dark as the pictures and there are a lot more imperfections in the bamboo. That takes away a bit from the aesthetics. But overall it's solid.

The picture is deceiving. You only get the board, no accoutrements, no cups, no tea pot. Nice table but overpriced. I will be returning this item

I got this for my wife - we had a Chinese tea ceremony for our wedding 27 years ago. Really silly of me in hindsight, but I thought it came with 2 little cups and a pot. It does not. However my wife does like it and has placed 3 little tea cups she already had on it, for display.It is quite small. I have no idea what 2 other reviews meant by "keeps the water inside" and "its water storage feature". I don't think they even used this tray because it is a small, shallow bamboo box with holes in the lid. You're not gonna store anything in it but maybe teabags and a spoon - definitely do NOT expect it to store water!

This is the perfect Japanese tea tray for having tea alone or with a friend, just a couple of cups. The holes make a lovely pattern on the board, and the board itself is made of a thick, sturdy wood with a smooth, beautiful colored finish. It looks worth so much more than it is!
