I give 10 stars for thiccness and 12 stars out of 5 for swoleness. The best purchase I have made in my life. Provides superhuman ability to finish difficult sets. My biceps doubled in size when I hung this in my gym.

First off how can you go wrong with Arnold on a banner! Great quality but I do wish it could be a little thicker but overall I am very satisfied. The picture/print of Arnold is not super sharp as it was taken from the 1970's but it still looks sharp in my gym! Will buy another to have as a backup as I love this banner!
