We used these boxes when we were packing up my mother's house while getting it ready to sell. I cannot pick up even medium size packed boxes anymore, so these were perfect--the right size for even some books or wrapped glassware that I could tape the lid on, and still pick up to move around. I chose the sturdier ones so we would have more choices than just paper to put in them and that worked. There were enough in this set to almost see us through what we needed and if we were to do it again I would get more.

cannot complain about a thing. heavy duty and for the price i paid they are one of the best deals ever. great for filing but i soon realized these would be splendid for storing and/or moving other items. a dozen seemed like a lot for one person's filing but i can use these to store shoes, dishes, books, anything. the uniform size, stackability and built in handles make these extremely practical. ..definitely recommended.
