This Banner QS30AFQ photoelectric sensor has a visible red LED sensing beam with a range of up to 300 mm, and both automatic-teaching and manual tuning modes. The adjustable-field background-suppression mode sensor accepts 10-30 VDC input through its 5-pin Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector and is intended for use with a Euro-style QD cordset (not included). Its visible red LED sensing beam simplifies alignment and has a 660 nm wavelength. Sensor threshold options are set by pushbutton or remote wire in either automatic-teaching modes or manually and operating status indicators have an 8-segment bar graph display. The sensor has bipolar (NPN and PNP) output. Its thermoplastic housing is durable and the sensor has an operating temperature range of -10 to +55 degrees C. It meets the Ingress Protection (IP) 67 standard for protection from water and dust and is Underwriters Laboratories Listed (UL) and European Conformity (CE) compliant for quality assurance.
