If I could rate Zero stars I would. Bought this for my 2006 BME X3 did not fit. Amazon said it would, but it didn't. Either the manufacturer and/or the reseller misled them or Amazon just got it wrong, either which way it did not fit which cost me days....I sent it back and purchased one from local auto parts store.

This did not fit my '05 X3 with the GM transmission- too large. It might fit the later models with the ZF trans? Funny that it was "Amazon confirmed fit"....Sorry, no.....

Good part, not OEM, part will work great if you want to save money to do it yourself. Anyone can do it it’s not hard. I’m 19 years old and I installed it myself
