Easily lasts a few days when idle. I appreciate how small and unobtrusive this collar is. There is no shock function, which is fine and great for casual walks and if your dog just needs gentle reminders to calm down. It uses a magnetic charger cable, so you will need to make sure not to lose it! And I recommend reading the manual quickly to understand how to operate it, as it’s not as intuitive as you think. This is a great tool for training, and I would recommend this for smaller dogs who may have graduated from the shocking collar and just need the noise and vibration to keep them in check.

We recently started training our schnauzer puppy. She barks a lot when someone would walk by our house or when the mailman drops off mail in the mailbox. It took a few days for her to understand that unwanted barking would cause her collar to vibrate. I like that this isnt a shock collar. It is adjustable and i recommend having it snug but not too tight for maximum effect.
