My little league player was bugging me for one of these as his teammates started bringing them to games. When comparing the quality of this mitt with his teammates, it was of equal quality and 25% less expensive. The fit and feel were identical as well. My son has no complaints and uses it every time he's on base.

I highly recommend this sliding mitt. It is just as durable as the much higher priced mitts on the market and performs just as well! The fit is great and the mitt offers outstanding sliding protection. It is also absolutely worth the price point. I highly recommend for baseball teens or adults.

This mitt is really nice and feels high quality. It's built for an adult hand, so it's not meant for children. While the glove itself is fine, the Velcro is too loose for a child's wrist. That being said, it is a really nice glove and will definitely protect your hands from rogue cleats and hard bases.Highly recommended!

My teenage daughter smiled pretty big when this arrived. She is one heck of a base runner and when needed, she hook slides headfirst. Recently a teammate broke a finger sliding headfirst, so I ordered this and am happy to have it in the equipment arsenal. Overall, the fit is good for a teenage girl (it fit my adult female hand as well), and it is adjustable. Quality seems great. Since it is our first sliding mitt, I was surprised there is no reinforcement (just soft, flexible material) at the fingertips between the 2 plates ( in photo). This makes sense to me for flexibility purposes, but I just assumed that part would also be reinforced for the tips of fingers as well. Very stylish appearance.

These are all the rage this season! Nice sliding mitt and good design. Quality is ok and has held up so far. Easy to use and good fit. Great way to protect the player's fingers/hand.
