The breaker has largeEnough terminals to double tap ( solar cable) for surge arrester. The solar cable wires are of course a finer strand then awg.

Breaker is fine but can slide off the mounting bracket. Need to add stops at each end of bracket.

I was using different breakers and the system kept failing. I'm using 4 breakers for my setup of 2 solar panels to the controller charger to the 2 lithium batteries and another controller charger that is on the generator side. Mostly it was the breaker between the panels and the first charger. It wouldn't charge the batteries. It took less then 20mins to replace the 4 breakers and now is charging the batteries. The quality is very good and great value for the money. I would definitely suggest these breakers

I put 2 of these solar disconnect switches on my system. handles my 18 solar panels that has 2 sets of lines in connected to 600 amp hour lipo4 battery bank 48 volt that powers a 10k hybrid inverter. These solar disconnect switches handle the power with ease and were very easy to install. They are solid and the quality is outstanding. If you spent a ton of money installing solar and buying the equipment like I did, then do yourself a favor and install these disconnect switches on your system.
