I was so tired of the wires for all of our devices in our living room and this was a good solution to hide and organize everything. My only complaint is that you need one more inch if you have a power strip that is a half inch smaller than the length of the unit. Where the wire comes out of the power strip, it adds another inch to the size, so it is currently angled inside the box. Otherwise this is a great option if you need something to get things organized.

Its a solid organizer. A little bulky, not gonna lie. I think it could be slimmed down a bit. But in all fairness, does what it’s supposed to do at a reasonable price. Great item overall.

I’ve had several of these so there more room on my desk & it looks professional- instead of having all those pesky cords. None has been as well designed as this. Most are too small for my lenovo power hub & cords at the same time. It’s wider and taller than the others. Even so I need another one for a power strip for the printer, scanner & camera. It also has vents at the bottom so it won’t overheat. There are more stylish ones- but function is more important to me. Bravo product designers!

I chose the Bates cable management box to try to declutter my desk area at work. I have multiple cables, cord to my coffee warmer, landline phone charger and various USBc and USB charging cables for all sorts of things.For the sake of comparison, I had drawn a box I wanted my husband to make for me about 8 months ago. That has never happened and I saw this box. It is much taller than I expected. I realized as I was putting all the cords and short extension cord with outlets inside, it really needed to be this height to cover everything without forcing me to change things like a different power strip etc.The box itself is black plastic. Not too thick. It has vents and slits. It also has a base with a top that clicks on. I wondered about this at first but after corralling everything into the box, I think it is to make sure the items inside move with the box.The quality is good. It does everything I expected it to do. The price at the time of this review is $12.85. The set includes 10 double sided Velcro cable ties, 6 cable routing holders and an adhesive mount if it needs to be mounted to the wall on one side ( not for the base - based on where the mounting slots are on the box ). I think this is a good value, it solved my problem and I recommend it. It is not a steal at this price or an item that is completely original and unique to this company. For these reasons, my rating is 4 Stars.
