. I love this. I bought it for breading fish, but have used it for shrimp, chicken and vegetables. It limits the breading clumping on the meat. It also helps keep your fingers cleaner. Flip and flip!! It is great.

I saw this product on a cooking channel.I ordered it to save on plastic bags when cooking chicken or fish.It does mix the batter well without getting your hands gummy or using plastic gloves.I like the small container when I’m making catfish nuggets and the larger container when I cooking chicken.

Brittle. Dropped bottom of larger sifter and piece broke off.
