We bought this on February 13th. The window for returning closed on March 16th and of course today it won't charge anymore. We've tried everything

Nothing will be as well-designed as the original Apple-made battery cases, but they're not made anymore, and this case is a pretty good second-best option. Much, much better than the other battery cases I've tried, other than the original Apple-made one. The ear pods work fine with them and the battery case enables me to get through a long day without having to recharge.

I purchased this thinking I would have some extra power for my phone……I tried the first one which would only charge to the 2nd light…..sent that one back and got another one…..which chargers to the third light (4 lights indicate fully charged).Don’t waist your money. Not worth it or your time it takes to send back when it doesn’t work correctly.

Really saves so much time. If you’re working this is a big life saver. Just be careful putting the case on because the port in the case I kept bending it and it snapped in half but I believe it was me putting it in all rough 😂😂😂 10/10 recommend
