The headline says it all. When using this battery pack, it gets hot, so hot that the iPhone gives a warning and shuts down. Tried twice. Same think happened both times. I am returning.

When it works, it’s great. But most of the time it doesn’t want to recharge. If you drain it from using it all day or in the cold, it takes days to charge. I’m on day 2 right now and only up to 2 lights (50%). Plus it doesn’t always connect to my phone. I have to remove the phone and slam it in to make a connection. I like the grip and protection it provides even if it’s a bit heavy.

After four weeks the battery stopped charging my phone. I can charge the battery but it won’t charge my phone. Do not waist your money.

Phone will not connect to Car Play when using the charger. Phone works fine without the charger.Also description says when using real Apple cable that the phone will charge first before charger. That is not true. Using port the charger is first then the phone. Only the Mag charger does the phone charger first.

I’m very disappointed with this product. Worked for a while, then quit charging. Please don’t anybody buy it. I’m going to call Amazon and ask them to pull it out of circulation before too many people waste their money.

I was afraid the charging case would make my phone heavy but that is not the case. The phone still fits easily in my hand and not heavy to still hold and type with one hand.
