Except for the ability to use corded headphones in both cases, after a few months, they stopped charging. The part that plugs from the case into the iPhone isn't built to last. I like the case, size, and price, but its primary purpose isn't designed well. I tried twice.

This works very well. I never have to worry about battery life. Company has very good support and helped me when my case had issues.

Received package charger didn’t work. Returned it in exchange for a new one still haven’t received the replacement. Will remove this one star once I receive it.Update received the replacement and mag charging still doesn’t work (tried on multiple mag chargers) just gonna take the loss on this one cause I need it this weekend for a camping trip, not gonna wait another 2 weeks for a 3rd one😪 Works with the plug I guess . Bought a 50$ mag stand for my nightstand with this, sucks I’m not gonna be able to use it.

The case worked properly one time when I first got it. Ever since then, I have always had to push the case into the phone on the bottom to get it to charge when I turn on the case or plug it in. It usually worked when I did that. It always worked when I did that. But then, I dropped my phone with the case on one time and it got way worse. Then, every single time I had to push it in instead of, just making sure it was secure one time, and then it would normally charge every time I plug it in. Now, I can’t even get it to keep charging by pushing it in. When I push it in, it starts charging for a second and then it stops. They are sending a replacement, but my hopes are not too high. Going to fully charge it when I receive it which probably has nothing to do with the problem with the one that I currently have. Hopefully mine is a totally oddball and my new one works great forever 🙄

I bought this iphone charger eight months ago, in March of 2024. Up until today (November 20, 2024), it worked perfectly. Suddenly, it no longer works. I tried every possible troubleshooting method to no avail. My iphone is chargeable because it charges by other means; it's clear the charger no longer works. The seller, BOVSRT, listed on its Amazon web page that they will take care of any problem that arises within 12 months of purchase. I hope the seller is able to replace my charger because up until today, I liked it very much and would have recommended it to anyone; it's well-designed and ergonomic, and I would simply like a replacement. Thank you.
