2-IN-1 Design Mini Spot Welder
Dual pulse output for more precise welding.
The advantage of the one-piece unit is that it frees up one hand for holding nickel chips or fixing batteries.
The main body of the spot welder is constructed with a built-in battery and a spot welder pen in one piece, so there is no need to connect the pen separately, and it is designed for spot welding small appliances on the go or at home.
Spot welding, adjusting parameters can be operated with one hand.
There are 2 buttons on the top, one is the on/off button and the other is the confirmation button, please see our manual for specific use.
These adjusting parameters can be done with just one finger, no need for two fingers.

Other spot welders are very heavy to operate, your hands get tired and the size is so big that you can't hold it in one hand.
Operation steps: (combined with our manual)
- Receive the spot welder, please fully charge it first.
- Long press the on/off button to switch on the machine.
- Short press the switching key to select the mode (auto/manual can be switched)
- With our matching nickel piece, you can go to practice from the lowest gear, and slowly add gears up after you are familiar with it.
Please note that after receiving the goods, please charge the spot welder first, the spot welder needs two pen tips to contact before pulse output.

Each function on the display has its own space, making it very clear at a glance, and as you make your selections, the jumping screen lets you know which parameter you're setting. Unlike other spot welders where all the contents are placed haphazardly together, it looks messy and untidy.
Mode: Auto/Manual can be switched.
Preheat: Used to remove the oxidised layer on the welding material.
Trigger Time: The output time to trigger the formal welding when the welding pen touches the weld object and forms a circuit.
Gear: Output power level
Setting: Setting interface can set the display 180°rotation, spot welder sound on/off, set the factory settings, set the spot welder timer shutdown time and so on.

- The thickness of spot welding is between 0.1-0.15 or 0.2. Before formal spot welding, please practice using our nickel sheet to find the feel and skills of spot welding.
Temperature control protection
Built-in temperature control protection.
When the temperature reaches 60 degrees Celsius, the spot welder will not be able to operate and will enter the state of hibernation, when the temperature cools down to less than 60 degrees Celsius, it is best to temperature to your ambient temperature, and then reboot again to use.
This is to extend the life of the welder battery.
Timer switching on/off
The Settings page has a timed shutdown option.
There are three options:
- If the spot welder is not used for 8 minutes, the spot welder automatically shuts down.I
- f the spot welder is not used for 15 minutes, the spot welder shuts off automatically.T
- he spot welder is not used for 30 minutes, and the spot welder shuts down automatically.
Everyone's operating habits are different, you can choose the time you want to timer shutdown, you can save the power of the spot welder.
Restore factory settings
The settings page has a restore factory settings function
When you receive the spot welder, the function parameters of power on are our factory data.
If you use the process, some values because you are not familiar with, resulting in you feel confused data, you can use this function, restore factory settings, so you can again follow the instructions to set the parameters you want.

Did not work. Fully charged and only made one weak weld. I have seen videos of this welding battery packs but this one did not.

Ordered this to use for varying odd diy jobs around the house.Keep in mind, this is not a heavy duty welder. Works great on thin metal, is super portable amd is a nice little gadget to keep in your tool box for mini projects. Has the ability to choose the power level needed based on your project needs so it's perfect for most of your light duty welding needs.Happy to recommend!
