Used once and completed disintegrated. Silicone was split and flaking off. For $20 I would expect it to last longer than one use.

The description of the item says the strap is included. The box the mouthpiece came in even says strap included. Along with an instruction manual. The only thing that wasin the box is the mouthpiece. And it’s non-returnable.

I love that we didn’t have to form this mouth guard to my son’s mouth. It fit well and wasn’t too wide. He says it’s much more comfortable than the one we had to boil.

Bought this for our 8yr old. Fit him great and he liked it way better than the more traditional ones that you form fit to your mouth. Will look to buy these in the future.

This would have been a great mouth guard but it Does Not work with youth football helmet. The chin strap is not far enough away for both the mouth guard and the chin strap so they overlap each other which is obviously not going to work.
