I like short gloves, and I don't like having my wrists slashed by frustrated beer league hacks trying to impress the invisible scouts in the stands. These are a bit bulky and too long for me but they work. Time will tell how they hold up after washing twice a week, my old A&R brand wristguards lasted about 8 seasons before falling apart.

I love the wrist guards because besides protecting my wrists, they also protect my iWatch from the kettle bells when I go to the gym!
