Item was shipped in a poly mailer with no protection. It was either crushed during shipping or came off the shelf like that and they sent it anyway; but the binder was crushed and the rings were bent beyond repair and wouldn't close. Aside from that, the binder itself seems flimsy and the rings weren't sturdy at all (no wonder they crushed so easily!) Buy a brand known for quality and save yourself the hassle. I ordered on Amazon to avoid a trip out of my way to Staples and now I have to go to Staples to return it - and buy a new one!!!

I should have taken a picture before I left work but I bought this binder for my summer camp group. It's not stuffed with paper or any objects but after one week of using it the binder is coming apart at the seam. I am so disappointed. $10 is a lot of money for a binder. I have bought cheaper binders and they are still in tack. At this point 1 star is to much.

This is exactly what we were looking for, in the color that was needed. Wish there were more options out there for burgundy binders!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The binder arrived with a broken ring so that it doesn't close properly!
